Service Description

Installation of a replacement bathroom fan provided by NHSM (price of fan added to final bill) Removal and replacement of the ceiling mount modern style bathroom fan using standard techniques. (Wall mount fans excluded) Scope of work to include cutting out the ceiling location to adapt to slightly larger dimensions if required. Attaching to existing ducting and electrical at the location included. Rerouting of ducting, running new electrical, drywall patching will be extra.
